Curves Complete - Round TWO: Phase 1 ~ Week 1

So, I finished Curves Complete first 12 weeks - and I was supposed to then go into PHASE 3 and eat more calories per day - and go UP three lbs, and then go onto PHASE 1 to go back down the three lbs - and well - on and on - up three, down three, up three ... you get it.  I was really scared.  I just wanted to go back onto PHASE 1 and keep losing.  At that point I had lost almost 22 lbs. (including some lbs before I went on CC). Well, it seems like I fell back into old habits and sure I went up and then down - then up and then UP??? WHAT?  So I basically crawled my way through the month - much like the VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR story, I consumed everything and more than I needed, along the path.  I gain back about 6 lbs.  NOT GOOD.

SO I have now signed up again - and have begun week one again.   I rejoined last week - I think it was Wednesday.  Since CC goes from Monday to Monday - I had some time to prepare, plan the menu online, go shopping.  I love that Curves Complete helps you do all that.

Kim also has made it known that this time she is going to be keeping me accountable so that I don't have any slips along the way.  She has come to be my biggest supporter!! She is also my "coach" and is always there to talk at Curves or by phone or email!  I am grateful!

Yesterday I began my PHASE ONE:  WEEK 1.  I made myself a most scrumptious meal last night and again tonight! (usually when I am home alone - I don't eat properly since I don't like cooking just for myself. However - last night and tonight I have made some scrumptious suppers if I do say so myself.  Here is a picture of tonights:

baby carrots and Laughing Cow light cheese triangles were supposed to be eaten for snack
and I forgot, so I included them with my supper and put the cheese on the grilled zucchini.  Then
I cooked 1 oz dry ww pasta, and added 1/4 cup marinara sauce.  And - a 4 oz grilled
beef tenderloin piece.  Absolutely yummy!!
I have been drinking my water - taking my vitamins and my omega 3's - and exercising, which for my fibromyalgia is crucial.  Today I weighed in - and WOOHOO!!!  I was down 1.2 lbs in half a week or so - and down inches all around AND down body fat!

I want this to be the time that sticks - AND I want to break UNDER a certain weight barrier ... with God as my strength - I can and I will.  I am Embracing Life Fully!!
